We went live with our new commercial arm of the Company last month and have been amazed at the response.
Within a couple of days, we had our first commercial premises up for let and had an offer on it in the first week – what a start!
Darlington has been somewhat devoid of competition in the Commercial Lettings sector and with us coming into the market place, we have certainly caused a stir, which will only benefit clients in the long term.
