'Swiftlets' property letting agents was initially established in 1996, trading under the Ann Cordey Estate Agents branding, who were market leaders in residential sales and gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of property management. This combined approach of letting/estate agent served us very well.

Owned and personally managed by Gareth Cordey, increased customer demand dictated the need for a dedicated lettings management Company and 'Swiftlets Limited' was formed in 2003.

Continued growth forced the decison for specific lettings premises and the business moved to Outram House in Darlington in 2007.

We now manage a large and diverse range of over 600 properties in and around the Darlington area and are one of the leading dedicated Property Letting Agents in the town.

Our business is never content with current strategies and we continue to strive to develop new and exciting plans to push our service to new levels.

Our latest development was to move into the commercial market where there was little competition in the Darlington area and we now offer a full range of commercial services to our clients

Swiftlets are the only local agent to offer a Guaranteed Rent package as we continually assess and re-assess our buisness strategies to stay well ahead of the competition.

Our next big project commences in 2011, when we push forward into new territory combining our current highly successful buisness model with a Social Enterprise initiative to help less fortunate Tenants into decent quality housing.
