Full Management Service

Property visit and rental advice
Advertising and marketing of the property
Arrangement and accompanied viewings to the property
Tenant selection, introduction and referencing
Preparation of the necessary tenancy agreement and renewal, where necessary, at the end of term
Liasing with Landlord's mortgagee
Taking and holding of the deposit until the end of tenancy
Preparation of an inventory and schedule of condition for the property
Transfer of utilities at the beginning and end of tenancy
Regular property inspections and reports to Landlords (vacant properties by prior arrangement only)
Full check-in and check-out service
Coordination of repair/maintenance in the property

We will advertise your property on our own website and two of the largest and market leaders in property websites in the UK, Rightmove and Zoopla.

In addition your property details will be uploaded to an additonal 20 property websites to give the maximum exposure to the widest possible audience of potential Tenants.

We will erect our own eye-catching 'To Let' board at the property.

We will pass on any enquiries direct to you or can conduct viewings at your on your behalf on a 'pay per view' basis.
