* Transfer of utilities at the beginning and end of tenancy
* Regular property inspections and reports to Landlords (vacant properties by prior arrangement only)
* Coordination of repair/maintenance in the property
* Management of bond issues at the end of tenancy
* Arrangement and management of relevant insurance policies

TENANT FIND AND RENT MANAGEMENT

* Preparation of the necessary tenancy agreement and renewal, where necessary, at the end of term
* Collection of rents and management of any arrears
* Preparation of any necessary legal documents
* Taking and holding of the deposit until the end of tenancy
FEES - 9% of rent due
TENANT FIND ONLY

* Arrangement and accompanied viewings to the property where necessary
* Tenant selection, introduction and referencing
* Preparation of the necessary tenancy agreement and renewal, where necessary, at the end of term
* Taking of the first month's bond and rent
FEES - £299 or 50% rent due, whichever the greater.
