Tenants Insurance

General

Your Landlord has to provide the basic insurance for the property. If the property is unfurnished, you will need to provide insurance for your belongings whilst in the property. We are happy to provide you with specific information for this.

If the property is fully furnished, again, the Landlord will provide cover for this. You will still need to insure any other goods you bring to the property.

Bond Insurance

You can also insure yourself against the loss of the whole or part of the bond should you or your family/friends accidentally damage the Landlord's property - we can easily provide you with a quote for this.
