Local Housing Allowance (Housing Benefit)

We are one of the very few Agents who proactively deal with clients claiming LHA.

The majority of our Landlords are happy to provide good quality housing to LHA Tenants, knowing them to prefer to stay in properties for much longer than the average Tenant. In addition, they know the majority of the rent is paid by the Local Authority with whom we have excellent links.

Generally, clients need to be over 25 and must provide a Guarantor with their application, who must be in full time employment.
