Tenants Pets

Swiftlets are one of the very few Letting Agents who actively deal with pets in rented properties and to this end, have joined the Pets Trust to encourage this aspect of the business via Lets with Pets.

We can generally persuade Landlords to accept pets in most properties unless they have stated otherwise - please see the property details.

Please do not expect to turn up with three large Rotweillers and be accepted into a property - generally small household pets are the norm.

We need an additional pet bond of £150 and this will be returned once the property has been successfully checked out.
