LANDLORDS

We will only proceed with the marketing and let of your property with a signed contract. This a binding agreement for the period of three months and withdrawal fees may apply if terminated before this.

We generally operate on a sole agency agreement, meaning we have exclusive rights for the letting of your property during the period of the contract but are prepared to provide a dual agency agreement by prior arrangement only and then only with specific agents.

TENANTS

Your application for a property will only proceed when the necessary fees are paid in advance and the Tenancy only progressed, once suitable references have been obtained.

Your Tenancy Agreement is a binding contract for the period - usually 6 months. You will need to give one payment periods notice after this, to leave the property. Should your Landlord want the property back, you will be given two months notice of this.

There are numerous conditions about living in the property which are all contained within the Tenancy Agreement. Please read it thoroughly.
